Marugame Udon: my new go-to Japanese Resto

I know I’ve said this a million times, but again, being a working mom is really exhausting. On weekdays, I go to work at 6am to avoid the heavy traffic, and I log out at around 5pm plus another 1 hour and a half for walking from the office to the FX terminal and waiting for my turn to have a seat, plus another 2 hours travel time. So that’s around 14 hours before I arrive home.

Of all the kapoy and hassle and take-home stress, I really need to sometimes take a break. Every time I pass through the Glorietta foodcourt, I notice this Japanese restaurant full of people. One day, when my bebe and the  fetched me from the office, I invited them to try out this resto since it’s not that pricey naman.

Their menu ranges from 35php to 260php** for a selection of rice bowls and udon, add-on omusubi, and other famous Japanese side dishes such as gyoza, ebi ten, and tonkatsu.

We ordered:

So far, I loved everything we ordered, and I want to try more. They also serve sodas and beers!

As for the ambience, the place is good enough for people to enjoy their food. Though it’s a bit small for the number of accommodated customers, it is well-maintained and the staff are very attentive and nice. Maybe if you’re eating during off-peak, you’ll see it’s a great and cool place.

Wrapping it all up:
