Today’s interview with my mom was kinda funny because my dad and my sis was also there and they have different ways of cooking Chicken Curry and they have a loooooot to say and argue about. I had to Google it as well but to no use because people apparently cook food in many different ways. My newest fave: Cafe Janealo in Intramuros
Intramuros is one of my favorite places in Manila because of it’s vintagey look, as if I never get tired of walking and taking pictures around it. My problem was, though there are numbers of restaurants inside Intra, and most of them are quite expensive. Though I am a foodie, I don’t commit myself to spending too much just for the sake of reviewing them especially I don’t get anything from blogging yet. Walang balik, kumbaga. Happy berts, mother Earth! + Buddy’s Restaurant review
I also didn’t know their pizza is great! Probably better than famous local pizzas. I’ve been eating Buddy’s food since I started working. Uso kasi to sa easy delivery whenever office people are having small celebrations or simple lunch, along with Gerry’s, Racks, Amber’s, Shakey’s, etc. What I love from Buddy’s, of course is their pancit Lucban or what we more often call “pancit habhab”. Sobrang sarap nya, pare. It’s like you’re enjoying the dish doon mismo sa Lucban unlike other dishes na may iba-ibang versions na kapag dinala mo sa iba’t ibang lugar.
