I tested positive, btw
I tested positive for COVID19 and I needed to go on isolation for 14 days. And yes, I am fully vaccinated a month before. But don’t worry, I’m good now and fully recovered. 🙂 We now all know that vaccines are not cure and cannot shield you 100%. But I am very thankful I got both jabs before I got the live virus. I was a bit late, actually, because I asked for reschedule more than thrice. If you’re a Filipino or a citizen in Pinas, you know how loooong it took before the majority started to get vaccinated because of the priorities and categories and how “well” the vaccination was planned…

Stroke Therapy: Our St. Luke’s Experience
My mom had a stroke few weeks ago as of writing (I drafted this Aug 7) and was admitted to St. Luke’s Medical Center in BGC for a week. One July Wednesday, my mom was complaining about her right arm feeling numb and kind of painful. Ironic, right? So we thought it was just those “pagod” we feel at the end of a very busy being-a-mom-and-lola days and we advised her to take paracetamol. She knew she needed to rest so she did. Going back to the topic, I’ve been seeing a looot of cute selfies on social media from people flexing their every day look, their OOTDs, and of course, their stylish masks. So in case you’re interested with my future stories, like my Facebook page to get updates! Again, back to the topic – since our usual activities are very limited due to the pandemic, people started to adjust…

How I take care of my sun-burnt skin
Contents last updated on June 2020. HAPPY END-OF-SUMMER! Yeah, I’m kidding. Is it just me who thinks there was just a whole year of summer in Manila? I am aware of all the floods and hurricanes and even hail storm from around the country, but Manila, really? Guess we have to take a pause and think of one little way to at least lessen the “heat”, and how to treat our sunburns, huh? Going out for a summer trip is one thing. Taking care of your sun-burnt skin is another. These days, I don’t really care that much about how I look. I don’t focus on getting back to the fairness…

Talking about Mental Health + some things worth sharing
I’ve been drafting and updating this post every night before sleep for more than four weeks just so I could share what I really am going through and also some points I found in the internet that really help me go along this journey. So sorry to my family who thought I was just “always” on my phone or if I go out too often or if I spend money too much or if I couldn’t respond with isang tawagan lang and to my friends who thought I was too “madamot” to show Toyang in person or for making bullies a joke or for when I was too ma-drama sa chat. I was…
