Go retro at A Veneto Pizzeria Ristorante

I love spending time at the malls with my family. Dahil gala ako and I can’t drag them all to my travels, malls are our go-to place. And as we all are aware, looking for a good restaurant or fastfood chain or foodhalls is not an easy task. Haha!Good thing everyone in the family is “go” for trying out restaurants new to our tastes. My sister invited us to have our lunch at A Veneto Pizzeria which I honestly thought a literally old pizza house. Lol. And yes, I loved their food. Lesson learned: though the outsides look like they’re not well-maintained, judge them with their food instead. Don’t get me wrong, I know they’re trying to make the place look vintagey/retro as they can. I just realized it looked more classic than vintage – more minimal than vintage, I mean.The place, is actually large, but there are too many seats and it actually makes it look crowded. We had lunch on a Saturday, so it was far more comfy. But imagine a Friday Payday night. We tried a few bites (i mean lunch) in A Veneto Glorietta branch. What I loved the most is their specialty pizza and CHICKEN WINGS!!! (May forever sa chicken wings.) View thier menu via Zomato.I really loved the food and I think I already have a go-to food place in Glorietta apart from Mcdo. Haha!

Yay:

• I super loved their chicken wings. They’re bigger and spicier than the usual.
• None of our orders made me frown. So I’m sure all of the items on the menu is worth it!
• Super yummy food at a very affordable price.
• Even the small sized pizza is almost the same size as “large” of a local pizza house.

Nay:

• The place is small and a little crowded during peak hours. Not sure with other branches.

This is one of my sister’s favorite restaurant so I the first time she mentioned it, I was sure the food was great. Looking forward to trying all of thier specialties!
