Ingredients
- 350 g tofu cut in small cubes
- 5 tbsp Knorr liquid seasoning
- 30 g Mama Sita's oyster sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise plain
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 heads onion minced
- 3 pcs chili minced (optional)

Instructions
- Deep fry tofu with separate vegetable cooking oil until golden. Then set aside.
- Heat a clean pan with 2 tbsp. vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add in garlic, onion. Cook for 3-5 minutes until onions are almost transparent.
- Add in liquid seasoning, oyster sauce, mayonnaise, and water. You can also add chili if you want your sisig spicy.
- Add in tofu and cook until sauce is thick
- Serve hot.
