Revisiting Rome of PH

Goshen Resort and Hotel is a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. When you are in Tarlac, Goshen is one Instagrammable place that you don’t want to miss ‘cos guUuRL, it’s soooo pretty! With its stunning replicas of Rome vibes, some more inspired spots, and friendly staff, Goshen Resort and Hotel is sure to be worth-it place to revisit.

It was my kid’s first time in Tarlac, too! My friends got a rental home in Pangasinan so I knew it will be a cozy trip so I brought Mnemo with me. Brace yourselves for pictures of my little Greek Goddess!

How to get there?

via private car

If you are from South, like Manila Area and nearby Cities and Province (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, etc.):
From Balintawak take NLEX going to STA. INES EXIT (end part of NLEX). From Sta. Ines, go straight to MABALACAT TOWN PROPER, upon reaching the intersection TURN RIGHT and drive straight along Mc-Arthur Highway going to Bamban until you reach the “Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine” or was fondly known as BAMBAN GROTTO.

NOTE: It is located right after the bridge that has post (WELCOME TO BAMBAN).
Upon reaching the street pointing to LOURDES GROTTO, TURN LEFT AND GO STRAIGHT the paved road, you will be guided by the signages from the street or if you overlooked the signages, asked bystanders or people around and they will help you through. As you reach a narrow street, (TAKE NOTE: a little sari-sari store is the landmark) TURN RIGHT and drive straight. From that narrow street, a minute or two, you will reach Goshen Resort.

Ride a bus (VIA DAU Terminal). Drop off to Dau terminal. Ride a jeep heading Capas or Bamban route (fare: 25pesos/head). Tell the driver to drop you off in BAMBAN GROTTO (“Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine”). Take a tricycle straight to Goshen Resort (70pesos one way).

How to get around Tarlac?

It’s a lot easier to bring your car or hire or rent one. But traditional jeepneys are available almost everywhere. You can also hire a cab or tricycle, if you find it more convenient.

When is the best time to visit Tarlac?
The best months for good weather in Tarlac City are January, February, March, April, November and December. Generally, the hottest months are March, April, May and June. July, August and September are a bit rainy already. Good news though, Goshen Resort is good all year round.
