    El Mundo Cafe: a new place for your “me time”

    Imagine your life as a big, colorful mosaic and “me time” is the dazzling little gem that brings it all together. It’s that little window when you hot pause from life’s demands, you dive into your favorite book (or just some random read), binge that series guilt-free, or simply savor a quit cup of coffee (or in my case, with a plate or two of yummy meals).     Good food and good memories at Cafe Janealo, Intramuros

    In 2018, we discovered this cafe just beside the Manila Cathedral. We got together there with my family and closest friends to celebrate over lunch Mnemo’s baptism. It’s called Cafe Janealo. And I visited there twice more after the baptism lunch, but since the pandemic lockdown, I think it’s just now that we got to eat there again.  We planned to have a picnic in Fort Santiago, but the rain came killing the joy.
