Malingap Central Food Hall: for the love of good food and good pictures!
If there’s something common among all Pinoys is that we all love food trips. That’s maybe one reason why food halls and food parks had a sudden boom in the industry. Talk a walk, for example, in Manila and you will spot more than three food hubs in the area. Maybe more than five! I’ve been to many food parks and hubs in the metro. I knew Mariella through my friend and manager, when…

My newest tambayan: Coffee Project
I really love cafes. It’s actually on my bucket list to own and manage a coffee shop someday. So while I’m crossing out some more items on the list, I just stay in coffee shops to feed my love of cafes. Konting tambay at explore muna and maybe (just maye) someday I’ll have my own. Though I’m still a dakilang tambay,I also have my checklist for visiting a coffee shop. The place should: be cozy and comfy; be with internet/wifi connection; be Instagrammable (though I find almost every coffee shop Instagrammable); have a good coffee or hot choco; be a place where I can work or write or read a book…
