The Hidden Jewel of the North: what to love about Boinao, Pangasinan
Whenever I hear “Pangasinan” or any province somewhere North, I get super excited about the food. They just have this special skill in cooking that, in my personal opinion, really stands out. I am from the South, so I guarantee you no bias here. But I’m not here to compare two great, incomparable cuisine. In this article I’m going to share my super fun experience on both travel and food around Bolinao, Pangasinan. Let me first thank Sundowners Vacation Villas, Bolinao Tourism, The PH Archipelago (and @traversephilippines), What To Eat PH, and of course Dodj Mallari for inviting me over for a 3-day trip around Bolinao! Negros Occidental must-visit: Campuestohan Highland Resort
I’m super happy I finally got to experience Campuestohan Highland Resort – one of the most-famous spots in Negros Occidental for both local and tourists! See that hobbit house? I know you’re already familiar with that. Thanks to Facebook! Whenever you’re going on a trip, you usually Google where to go or what to do around your destination before actually going. That’s good practice. However, I sometimes like having a rough outline on where to go then see on that actual day what is the best nearby place to visit. Like for our BIGG (Bacolod, Iloilo, Guimaras, Gigantes) trip we knew we were touring around BIGG but we did’t have…

I know you deserve this, so here are 7 royal ways to reward yourself, King and Queen of Twin Lakes!
Full week of non-stop work, huh? Bet ‘ya yearning for a nice and comfy and restful weekend. Yep, I feel you. And I also feel you don’t want to go far from the city else you may not want to come back anymore. Haha! Same here~ Well, I know a perfect place somewhere in Tagaytay. Hello, Twin Lakes Hotel! Tagaytay has been the go-to “bakasyunan” of the people in Manila for decades now, and no matter how heavy the traffic is there, we just don’t care. All people want is to stay away from the giant buildings for once and escape the heat and not-so-fresh air we’re experiencing the whole…

Farmers Love Agri Farm: a quick tiis-ganda visit to a flower farm in Tarlac
Farmers Love Agri Farm (also known as Sunflower Farm or Flower Farm, if you search “where to go” on Google. Hehe) is one of the most-visited tourist spots in Tarlac these days. Apparently, people love flowers in their travel pictures and all because I notice flower farms are currently in trend. As for me, I just love looking at these colorful views. If not for the blog, taking pictures wouldn’t be in my to do list, really. There are times, I have to admit, that I forget to take pictures because I was enjoying the experience so much. Page contents: 1. ABOUT TARLAC 2. ABOUT FARMERS LOVE AGRI FARM 3.…

The Ruins Bacolod: the beauty of history
The Ruins is probably the most visited spot in Bacolod for tourists. Spending even a little time there feels really amazing. It’s true that tragedies do not always bring sadness. Sometimes, they highlight the perfection of stuff, too. What we often see on social media are the beautiful night lights from the structure. Well, I was a little sad before we went there knowing we cannot stay late because we need to catch a ferry trip back to Iloilo before evening. New here? Read this! Hey there! My name’s May and you can view more about me here. I travel a lot for both work and leisure. Thanks to being an…
