SAVOY: your newest, sweet and trendy hotel in Manila

So you’re looking for a nice staycation venue with your family or probably friends, and you don’t have enough time and energy to go for long drives. Good thing there’s this new hotel that’s just not great for staycations, also a beautiful place to enjoy work. Working during a staycation? Eh.

What makes Savoy Hotel Manila different from other hotels is it gives us more “good vibes” and colorful moods even when we are just in the lounge, trying to compose a very critical mail for the boss. I mean, you can always work in any hotel, yes, but Savoy offers a few more interesting facilities that would make you feel relaxed even while working.

ABOUT THIS PLACE
━━━━━━

Strategically located just across the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (yep, that’s one Runway away!), this four-star hotel offers 25-hectare beauty in the city. Savoy Hotel Manila was just opened to public on June 2018, offering exciting and trendy facilities that any millennial would surely enjoy.

It’s really nice to be welcomed by the staff in a very friendly way (definitely embracing the millennial characters!) that I personally felt I could almost call them my friends!

What else do I love about Savoy Hotel Manila?

Colorful ambiance. I found the colors – shades of teal, yellow, purple, blue, and red – very relatable for my age. As a millennial, bright, pastel colors are just the right tones to bring up the mood and add comfort for me.

Comfy yet very Instagrammable. Right after the hotel entrance is the lobby area, where there are super cute couches, tables, and chairs. Even just at the hotel entrance, you can get a nice photo great for Instagram. What more when you get to see their hotel facilities?

Friendly staff. Unlike other hotels that you will certainly feel “just for work” among the staff, Savoy maintain friendly connections between hotel personnel guests, making you feel more welcome. It also makes the place very homey, I mean, you don’t want to go for a staycation yet act very formal right?

The space, and the Squares. My personal favorite. The Squares is literally the hotel hallway turned into play and work places. Here you can order some snacks, work, and even play board games, and Jenga. It’s like a co-working space inside a hotel just outside your comfy rooms.

Colors, again, now specifically of the Savoy Cafe. I am a foodie, and I fall deeper in love with foods when I am in a nice environment. Savoy Cafe is also my favorite. Not only because the colors reminds me of Wes Anderson, but it also is very laid back and super not boring.

The hotel facilities are one of the things we highly consider when choosing a place to stay. There should be a gym where I can spend my morning routine, a pool where I can relax, and lastly, a nice place to work and write with, of course, a very good internet connection.

It is also a plus if the hotel has a nice spa area, where they offer great massage services because who doesn’t want a good whole body massage after a loooong tiring week? Here are more of what Savoy can offer:

WRAPPING IT ALL UP
━━━━━━

Savoy Hotel Manila, personally, is one of my most favorite hotels in the Metro. I love the colors, the young vibe, the ambiance, even the mood right when you get through that main hotel door.

Would I recommend staying in Savoy? A big YES! If only I can afford to stay here long enough to get used to it, I would. *sighs*
