cafe hopping: 6 cafes within metro manila for when you need to work remotely
This has been one of the many projects I really wanted to start before the pandemic, but unfortunately, cafe hopping doesn’t really make sense when you’re all in a lockdown so… The community quarantine has been a big challenge to businesses and most of them permanently closed eventually because profit went down and they couldn’t support the business anymore. While some took the risk on going straight online, content creators grew their business on the other hand, and thankfully most online businesses grew as well. Except me, of course. I can give more reasons why I went MIA, but I had a nice time reflecting and I learned there’s just…

Easy, Tiger: I know you’ll love this, too.
I like neutrals. And I also loooove vibrant colors, especially the colors blue, green, teal, orange, yellow, and some rusty browns. (Is it not obvious?) Basically the ones you will see in below photos. That cute front actually what caught my eye first – thanks to my glasses (not) sponsored by Sunnies Specs – then I came over and saw the picture of a pad thai and I thought I need to try you, Easy, Tiger. #LockdownDiaries: food orders and recipes wrap-up | 2
My previous wrap-up post got so many views so it’s just safe to assume my readers are interested on where I get the food I post on social media. So yey! Here’s my second wrap up of our food during quarantine. #LockdownDiaries: food orders and recipes wrap-up
I get a lot of queries how much do I sell the food I was posting during quarantine and if I do deliveries. Sorry to disappoint, guys, but I’m not selling. I’m just another food blogger and a hungry customer. The least I can do is share where I got them from. Some of those were just cooked by myself, but again, not selling. Later on this page, I will also share the links to my recipes and some external ones I found in the internet. Before we move on, please note that this article and other related posts linked on this page were not paid in any way nor…

Getting ready for the 81st: Noch ein Bier, bitte! (Another beer, please!)
Partnered with Solaire Resort and Casino, German Club Manila hosted another epic Oktoberfest on it’s 80th year celebrating German culture last year, featuring an endless stretch of the great food, entertainment, and their most-loved beers. Now you’re asking, was there anything more than drinking? Or course, there was a loooot of eating as well. To name a few Oktoberfest delights, there were Bavarian favorites such as oven-fresh Laugen Pretzel, Weisswurst and other German sausage specialties, German potato salad, Spaetzle and Classic apple & walnut strudel and a lot more. Non-meat and other vegetarian food are also available upon request. We were also served free-flowing Weihenstephaner beer which is fresh from the oldest brewery…
