Weekend chill at Batis ng Kalikasan, Sta. Maria, Laguna
Finally, an overnight trip since the start of pandemic and community quarantine! Okay, I’m not proud. I was not even thinking of sharing this because it’s easier to lay low on social media and the internet than explain how much careful you were on your trip. But I gotta update the blog, hoomans, so I am grateful for the safe weekend getaway we had. But seriously, do not travel yet if it’s not essential. Travel bans are slowly lifted, but it doesn’t mean we actually have to go outside. Anyway, I’ve also tried editing some video clips I’ve taken during the trip (yeah, I wasn’t thinking of sharing this online…

I know you deserve this, so here are 7 royal ways to reward yourself, King and Queen of Twin Lakes!
Full week of non-stop work, huh? Bet ‘ya yearning for a nice and comfy and restful weekend. Yep, I feel you. And I also feel you don’t want to go far from the city else you may not want to come back anymore. Haha! Same here~ Well, I know a perfect place somewhere in Tagaytay. Hello, Twin Lakes Hotel! Tagaytay has been the go-to “bakasyunan” of the people in Manila for decades now, and no matter how heavy the traffic is there, we just don’t care. All people want is to stay away from the giant buildings for once and escape the heat and not-so-fresh air we’re experiencing the whole…

Farmers Love Agri Farm: a quick tiis-ganda visit to a flower farm in Tarlac
Farmers Love Agri Farm (also known as Sunflower Farm or Flower Farm, if you search “where to go” on Google. Hehe) is one of the most-visited tourist spots in Tarlac these days. Apparently, people love flowers in their travel pictures and all because I notice flower farms are currently in trend. As for me, I just love looking at these colorful views. If not for the blog, taking pictures wouldn’t be in my to do list, really. There are times, I have to admit, that I forget to take pictures because I was enjoying the experience so much. My most favorite thing in Isdaan Floating Restaurant
If you’re a Pinoy foodie and/or a traveler, I bet you already had a nice dining experience at or at least familiar with one of the Isdaan Floating restaurants across Luzon. Among those branches, my most recent visit was in Gerona, Tarlac. It just so happened that I was around the area so why not dine in one of the most IG-worthy restaurants in the Philippines? Any of the Isdaan branches boasts not only their Thailand-inspired theme which is perfect for people who loves taking pictures, I also looooove their food. Being honest, service is a bit slow (common among all branches), once you get your food orders you’ll totally…

Revisiting Manila: a day in Fort Santiago, Intramuros
Despite the bad news we hear about the Metro – crimes, overpopulation, pollution, and of course traffic jams – we Filipinos still are in love with Manila. From the family ties, bonding with friends, crowded parties, looooots of delicious food. Also one of the many reasons why we still are in love Manila is it’s natural wealth in culture and history. Hundreds of spots and building architectures are inspired by the classic architecture that influences us until now. So it’s really a good thing Fort Santiago will be extending their hours for us to enjoy staying and learning (and taking pictures, of course) in the famous historic place! From the…
