Bodhi Library and Cafe in La Bella, Tagaytay
I saved a lot this ECQ as travel was banned for months. Okay, not a LOT lot, but enough to finally get to start paying for our new fam home. I was thinking of naming it, tbh. But maybe when it’s already ready for turn-over. For now, thanks that we finally have somewhere else to go to while in GCQ. And fortunately, one of those places that have opened to the public again was Tagaytay. And yes, I went there and finally visited the Bodhi Libray and Cafe. This is not really a “hidden” gem anymore as it’s already taken a slot in the trendiest cafes near Manila in almost…

Coffee Project Crosswinds Photodump!
Coffee Project has been one of my favorite coffee place not just for it’s coffee but they also have super yummy sweets and pastries as well. Plus, we can’t deny each branch is sooo pretty you can’t help but take a picture in every visit! In this post, I’ll be sharing some of the photos I’ve taken during our quick visit at Crosswinds. I’m not talking too much about the food (at least not here) because we already know they’re perfect! I’d just want to make an appreciation post how beautiful this coffee house is. This Coffee Project branch is located just right at the corner of Crosswinds, Calamba Road, Tagaytay City,…

Working remotely at Kaff Cafe, Solenad (+free lightroom preset!)
When we’re (and by “we”, I mean “I”)Â looking for a cafe to stay at for a few hours just to work on a report or an article or join a virtual meeting, we normally go to big brands like Starbucks, Tim Hortons, or CBTL because ~aesthetic~. Like just last week, when needed to work at a coffee shop but it’s “planner season” so most of the famous cafes are already full. Thankfully I found Kaff Cafe to save me from being late for an online team meeting. As you know, blogging is not my full time job. I am an auditor (and a single mom of one!) as well.…

Cravings satisfied! Thanks to Pares Point The Original!
I know it’s too risky to go and eat out, but we have these errands we need to run and good food is still everywhere, so yeah. One thing to put in mind though is to practice all the safety protocols with or without anyone looking at you or even with or without these safety measures put in place where you’re headed specially those that we already expect to be a little more “crowded” than the other restaurants in the city. Like Pares Point in Makati. Pares Point The Original is basically a joint where you can have probably one of the best pares in Manila. Unlike other diners, Pares Point is…

Finally, a life with LiberTea
I honestly thought milk teas were almost out of the trend already since there came a looot more twists in common recipes especially when online food businesses increased in number. Big and small food brands needed to think more creative concepts that people won’t get tired of. So here’s an expended line from Army Navy’s LiberTea Milk Tea that reminded us “hey, milk teas are still in!” LiberTea was launched as part of the dine-in, take out, and delivery menu of Army Navy and became initially available via Foodpanda. Thankfully, they’re now also available via Grab Food plus they have additional flavors for us to try! Available flavors It’s served…
