Art,  Love, May

My first zine and finally a Youtube channel

I missed writing! I’m currently in a break from work this week (we’re on collective leave for the Holy Week) so I have more time to spend with Mnemo, make some art, and plan my near-term goals and creative calendar (hopefully!). Well, actually, I needed time to catch up with work and my online courses as well, but I decided I don’t want to stress myself this break week so yeah.

I just published my first zine on Issuu (yeeeaaah!) and will be sending it out for printing sooon because I feel like I need to add more pages to it first before the actual printing. It’s already Saturday as of writing, one day before I go back to work which I thought I will be dedicating for clearing my emails, but its just one more day of vacay, May. Why work????

dont look themhayonnaise zine

By the way, if you are curious about the zine I am talking about, you can see the first version HERE. And as much as I want to set a deadline for the revised version, but I’m just so lazy for pressure. But I will definitely will make the firsts of my zine collection my project before I finally get my own ipad. (HUHU)

I also mentioned I am now on Youtube. One reason why I didn’t have time to write the past weeks because I am trying out some editing apps and skills and designs and layouts for my videos for when I go back traveling, I’m ready for a nicer and more fun vids for you guys. (Honestly looking forward to it while half of me is already losing hope.)

I know I am #priviledged, and I am super thankful to God for that. My quarantine anxiety is finally over and I am slowly crawling back to my usual I-want-to-do-this-I-want-to-do-that-and-I-will basically because I was able to travel a little back in GCQ days (though I think the anxiety will eventually come back because #ECQ2, bes!)

I mean I realllly want to go out already , go food tripping, go out of town, and make contents about them BUT I still don’t feel comfortable “encouraging” people to go out though I always say I just want to “inspire” them for “when everything gets better” because let’s just admit it that when we share videos, photos, or even stories online, we somehow influence people, no matter how many your followers are, to do the same or similar stuff. Intentionally or unintentionally. Let’s just be transparent about that, okay?

Anyways, I really really want my pandemic vlogs to feel like an outlet for everything I personally feel, and be like a video chat with my 49 subscribers who I don’t even know if they’re watching but yeah. Please *begging* subscribe to my channel @themhayonnaise and let’s connect there as we grow together during this nightmare of a covid. LOLHUHU.

Also sharing my newest love ^ bacon-wrapped asparagus because WHY JUST NOW, MAY? WHY?
