Good food and good memories at Cafe Janealo, Intramuros
In 2018, we discovered this cafe just beside the Manila Cathedral. We got together there with my family and closest friends to celebrate over lunch Mnemo’s baptism. It’s called Cafe Janealo. And I visited there twice more after the baptism lunch, but since the pandemic lockdown, I think it’s just now that we got to eat there again. We planned to have a picnic in Fort Santiago, but the rain came killing the joy. So we hopped restos instead. A little bit. We had our coffee at Papa Kape inside the Fort Santiago, and for dinner, we checked out the new Cafe Janealo which felt nostalgic lol kala mo katagal…

Coffee and chill at Papa Kape, Fort Santiago, Manila
The City of Manila is one of our go-to places and if my family and I feel like picnic-ing, we go to the famous Intramuros. It was a very sunny day in Pasay and we thought let’s go have a picnic and enjoy the sunny/windy feels in Manila. Twelve kilometers after, the rain came and we never had the chance to sit on the grass and enjoy a cup of coffee or whatever. FINALLY POSTING THIS! Binondo Food Crawl
I’m honestly having a super hard time creating contents these days, not only because of very little time but also because I literally cannot risk going out too much because yes, I’d rather pause blogging or change my niche for awhile than collecting viruses from everywhere and bringing them home. I still try to go somewhere but I’m very much careful than usual (talked about it on my previous blog)so I looked back to my old photos and realized that “ton” of backlogs is still *pretty much* at the same “ton”. One of them is that time I joined What To Eat Ph team on one of their Binondo Food…

Revisiting Manila: life in time at National Museum of Natural History
I am looooooving visiting museums nowadays. I also think including local museums to my side trips out of town would be fun. (Please do suggest if you have some place in mind!) It’s just nice to witness more than what we have or can see today, but also learn things from our past. Thanks to all humanity for preserving these precious artifacts and stories for future generations to see. <3 What made me realize to revisit Philippine art and culture?Just recently, National Museum of Natural History reopened its doors to public boasting it’s new, innovative displays and exhibitions that are now more interactive than before. New here? Read this! Hey…

What it’s like attending a film photography workshop for the first time + scanned shots from my first film roll
I was one of the lucky bloggers who were invited to attend an “Intro to Film Photography” workshop in Manila and I was sooooo thrilled! Though I am familiar with the classic point-and-shoot film cams from before, I never really used it first-hand. So all thanks to Vintage Camera Market for preserving this practice and sharing knowledge and fun to young people like me! (Okay, chill. I’m still young.) Page contents: 1. Intro to Film Photography Workshop 2. My workshop experience —— What I learned from the workshop —— Tips for beginners 3.
