    How to be happy

    Just some more notes from myself to the people who find it hard to be a little bit more happy: Do not overdo things or stress about one thing. Yea, I know. Stressing about one little (or big) thing is in our nature already, but at least try not to overdo it that you cannot drive your mood anymore. Mood swings sucks. And it can affect not only you but the people you love. One thing that can help you do this is avoiding thinking negative thoughts and avoiding negative people.
