Life Lately: my truth about postpartum depression, two years after giving birth
It’s been two years (already???!!!) since I gave birth to Mnemo and I think I’m still in my postpartum depression stage I mean do moms really get through that? In that two years, I’m not entirely sure how many times I felt depressed and anxious because if you’re a mom, you’re basically not allowed (or you don’t allow yourself) to feel nor think that way so I had to shift my mind and heart to something more fun and interesting so yeah. Happy fathers’ day to single moms?
Here we are again, it’s fathers’ day! In this article, I talked about an unpopular opinion about fathers’ day. If we have different opinions, please let’s have a healthy discussion about it and avoid uncomfortable, unhealthy debate. Happy fathers’ day to all fathers and to single moms! Sofitel’s Sunset Bar + our first birthday duo
In the past year, since I hosted our own baby shower, I busied myself planning for Mnemo’s first birthday party. I researched about how to handle kids during a party, what food and drinks should I order, what is the best venue to do what activities, and looked for ideas on cute but useful give away for the kids. I even had a private Pinterest board on that! Mnemo’s birthday is on April and was during the holy week this year. Happy Mothers’ Day to all of you, moms!
